A qualified Personal Trainer and Level 4 Strength & Conditioning coach, Samson also specialises in pre and post-natal exercise, advanced weight training, boxing, weight loss and endurance training. With personal experience in competitive long distance running and triathlons, including self-rehabilitation of injuries, he follows a passion for calisthenics, and maximising movement and mobility.
An approachable and friendly trainer, Samson believes in forming productive and functional relationships with clients to achieve the best results. He believes bespoke individualised exercise should be fun but disciplined and always favours progression, over perfection.
