Francine has obtained a Master’s degree (MA, Distinction) in Integrative Psychotherapy from Regent’s University and is a fully qualified member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Her approach to therapy is collaborative, practical and personal. Fundamental to her approach is the belief that human beings are naturally resilient and have an incredible capacity for change.
Approaching human behaviour and psychotherapy from a unique perspective, Francine, draws on her background in both law and neuropsychology, with a particular passion for understanding the nuanced intersection between the mind and the body. With a Human Biology degree from Stanford University, Francine’s distinctive outlook allows her to see the client as a whole, understanding the individual in their environment, taking into account their medical and personal history, genetic and generational imprint, as well as their core beliefs, patterns and defences. As a former lawyer, she is a critical thinker who is adept at investigating and tying together themes and patterns to help clients understand how their life experiences have shaped who they are. 
In her private practice and at Lanserhof at the Arts Club, Francine supports clients across a variety of presenting issues; including anxiety and depression, post-natal depression, body image, Trauma/PTSD, attachment and relationship issues, chronic pain, unexplained health issues, auto immune diseases, fertility concerns, stress and health anxiety. 
She is passionate about helping people understand themselves better and to recognise areas where they are “stuck,” identifying old patterns of thought and behaviour that may not be serving them well anymore. By challenging and breaking these old ways of thinking, whilst recognising the established effects stress and unprocessed emotions can have on the body, Francine is a strong advocate that clients can feel empowered to regain control over their mental health, allowing them to optimise both their mental and physical wellbeing.

Team

Dr Imbuldeniya joins Lanserhof at The Arts Club as Consultant Orthopaedic Hip and Knee Specialist. Having graduated from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London Hospital Medical Schools in 2001, he has been a medical doctor for over 23 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our clinic.
Dr Imbuldeniya, has worked with world renowned surgeons, with his medical and surgical training having taken place in major London teaching hospitals, as well as further specialist Fellowships appointments in Sydney and Barcelona.
In 2015, he was appointed an NHS Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon by The Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust as a specialist exclusively treating patients with knee and hip problems. He remains active in this role, in particular training the next generation of surgeons.
His goal is to get his patients back to activities they enjoy pain-free, using non-invasive or minimally invasive, innovative and cutting-edge techniques.
If all else fails and surgery needs to be considered, he is an expert in keyhole surgery of the knee including ligament, meniscus and cartilage repair as well as robotic-assisted joint replacement, particularly in the younger, active adult.
Outside of work, Dr Imbuldeniya loves spending time with his young family, distance running, playing football and following his beloved Brentford FC.

As a yoga instructor she has a rich and varied background. Born and raised in India, she has lived and taught Yoga and Intelligent Movement in the US, New Zealand and the UK for over 20 years.
A heart-centred teacher, Anisha integrates her deep knowledge of pranayama, Yoga Nidra, kriyas, Hatha Yin and Iyengar Yoga seamlessly into strong, deep, powerful yet free-flowing sessions. She has mastered the skill of integrating various practises to create the perfect space for each person to recognise their inner wisdom and strength, in what makes every moment of her practise an authentic and genuinely heartfelt experience.
Anisha is also a qualified expert Advanced Face Yoga and Breathwork Specialist. In her words, “My mission is to offer powerful and highly transformative yogic science practises to as many people as possible. We all can live our best life, have a sense of joie de vivre and an open heart as we traverse this precious gift of life.”
An expert on holistic and wellbeing practises, Anisha is also a hypnotherapist and offers uniquely curated hypnotherapy sessions resulting in lasting and profound transformation. Trained with The Marisa Peer School of Hypnotherapy, her approach is a combination of specific breathwork techniques, NSDR(Non Sleep Deep Rest)/Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy. This phenomenal method rewires the neural pathways of the brain, replacing outdated beliefs and negative habits that are causing unwanted issues with new, positive behaviours.
Hypnotherapy is extremely effective in helping overcome issues such the effects of past trauma, sleep problems, weight management, procrastination, anxiety, and depression. It is also very powerful as an aid to boost self-confidence and can create powerful positive impact. The life changing transformation begins as new healthy beliefs are formed enabling you to live your best life!

Neil has an expansive experience as a chiropractor and physiotherapist, working with elite athletes, actors and performance artists who demand the highest levels of expertise.
He has a keen interest in wellbeing as a whole, analysing and evaluating the needs of each client on an individual basis, providing advice that will impact their overall long-term health performance. Through creating bespoke and effective assessments for individual clients, his chiropractic/physiotherapy treatments effectively relieve pain, aid recovery and restore peak performance.
The primary focus of a treatment with Neil, is to build longevity, hence why many of his clients are elite professionals in their fields, working in high-pressure environments, having to be the best at their game.

Offering a unique combination of Physiotherapy and Osteopathy, Paul’s philosophy is that whilst it is important to give a ‘passive’ treatment to one’s structure using Osteopathy, it can equally be as important for the patient to work ‘actively’ alongside it in order to build appropriate motor patterns through Physiotherapy. With this in mind, expect an extensive initial assessment, to consider the best method to resolve any given problem.
Utilising a comprehensive approach to help clients overcome sports injuries and chronic pains, he also supports in the treatment of systemic issues such as headaches, IBS and fatigue.
Paul has extensive experience working in established West London practices, and has worked with high level professional athletes including players of the rugby ‘Club Athletic Périgourdin’ and the Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) champions. He is also the lead Physiotherapist of the ‘RC Lens’ youth football academy in London.
Aligned with Lanserhof at The Arts Club’s multi-disciplinary approach, Paul works closely with our consultants and specialists, taking into account each patient’s individual needs, liaising information with appropriate experts whenever referrals or additional support is necessary.

Paul has over 20 years’ experience treating patients, and 15 years working in professional sports, including premier league football and rugby. 
He is currently Head of medical services at Millwall FC with extensive experience in sports medicine and musculoskeletal conditions. In particular, he has a special interest in rehabilitation, having previously held the position of lead rehabilitation physiotherapist for a premier league football team.
Holding an MSc in Physiotherapy and a BSc in Sports Science, he offers a unique understanding in the management of musculoskeletal issues and is a strong believer in addressing the root cause of the problems. His approach is through a comprehensive assessment, ensuring the correct treatment and rehabilitation methods are used to safeguard the quickest return to full fitness possible.
Depending on the injury, and the severity of the symptoms, Paul offers a wide range of treatments including manual therapy, soft tissue release, acupuncture, dry needling and shockwave therapy, as well as being qualified to administer injections into peripheral joints.

Helen graduated from Emory University in the US with a degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy. During her time in the States, she worked alongside professional athletes and a wide range of patients with MSK conditions. 
A qualified Pilates trainer and certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Helen moved to London and joined Lanserhof at The Arts Club to further her career in physiotherapy.

Heidi is a dedicated and passionate Sports Therapist with a profound commitment to enhancing the physical well-being of individuals. With a background in injury assessment, recovery and prevention, she brings a unique blend of expertise in both sports therapy and personal training, offering a comprehensive approach to health and fitness.
Having gained her BSc in Sports Therapy at Gloucestershire University, Heidi began her work as a Sports Therapist in Devon, where she experienced working with clients from various backgrounds and fitness levels. She has also been involved with Barnstaple RFC as well as Gloucester Rugby, carrying out pitch-side care. Whether rehabilitating injuries, optimising athletic performance, strength and conditioning or guiding individuals on their journey to a healthier lifestyle, Heidi is known for tailoring personalised programs that align with each client&#8217;s specific needs and aspirations.
As a sports therapist, Heidi possesses a keen understanding of the intricacies of the human body and its biomechanics. This knowledge, coupled with hands-on experience, allows her to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of musculoskeletal issues effectively. From soft tissue manipulation and sports massage to therapeutic exercises, Heidi employs a holistic and evidence-based approach to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.

Matteo is a passionate Sports Rehabilitation Therapist with a strong background in strength and conditioning. 
He started his career in Milan as a Personal Trainer and continued this role when he moved to London, whilst completing his studies in BSc Sports Exercise and Rehabilitation. 
Matteo’s job is to educate and empower his clients, developing them both physically and mentally, he works with their individual needs, collaborating with them to achieve their goals. 
Combining his academic knowledge and experience in the field of sports rehabilitation, Matteo acknowledges the struggles that comes with an injury and the importance of individualised training plans. With this in mind, through utilising a variation of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions, he helps his clients perform to the best of their abilities. 
Expect a powerful session when working with Matteo, as he is a strong believer that hard work always pays off!

Kiran Chopra is a highly skilled Sport and Exercise Physiologist specialising in physiological testing, evaluation, and strength and reconditioning programming. His expertise lies in working with both athletic and non-athletic populations, providing tailored programming to optimise performance and improve overall physical well-being. He has a strong research interest in muscular physiology, environmental performance physiology, and blood flow restriction training, particularly focusing on ischemic preconditioning.
He completed his Honours Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the Institute of Technology, Carlow (now South Eastern Technological University). Subsequently, he pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Physiology at St. Mary&#8217;s University, Twickenham. As a BASES-accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist and Chartered Scientist (CSci) with The Science Council, Kiran possesses a diverse range of certifications. These include anthropometry (the measurement of the human body), phlebotomy (blood collection), and ECG interpretation (electrocardiogram).
Throughout his career, Kiran has gained extensive experience at both national and international levels. He has collaborated with Division I NCAA Universities in the United States and worked with the U17 Men&#8217;s National Irish Basketball team. His contributions to the scientific community are notable, with multiple publications in esteemed peer-reviewed journals. His research has focused on investigating the effects of ischemic preconditioning on physiological responses to hypoxic exercise.
At Lanserhof Performance, Kiran conducts comprehensive assessments of clients&#8217; cardiopulmonary and metabolic health. Based on these evaluations, he provides tailored therapeutic recommendations to enhance their overall well-being. Edoardo D&#8217;Alessio is a highly qualified professional with a strong background in sports and exercise science. He earned a First-Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the prestigious University of Rome, where he gained a thorough understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of human movement, exercise physiology, and sports performance.
Building upon this foundation, Edoardo went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Strength and Conditioning from Middlesex University, one of the leading institutions in the field. During his studies, he deepened his knowledge of resistance training, injury prevention, and recovery strategies, and gained valuable experience in applying these concepts to real-world situations.
Having worked with elite rugby clubs in the UK, he has honed his skills in developing and implementing customized training programs for athletes of all levels. In addition, his expertise in biomechanics, the study of human movement and its underlying mechanisms, is particularly valuable in this context, as it allows him to assess and optimize the technical aspects of sports performance.
At Lanserhof Performance, Edoardo plays an integral role in the movement and exercise testing team, where he leverages his vast knowledge and experience to design and conduct a wide range of assessments to help clients optimize their physical performance and improve their overall health and well-being.
