A dedicated Personal Trainer & Sports Therapist, Jade is on a mission to transform lives through the power of fitness. With specialisations in strength training, transformations, weight loss, women’s health, rehabilitation, running and event preparation, she’s here to guide you on your journey to a healthier, fitter & stronger you.

Beyond the weights and running trails, Jade is deeply passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential. Fitness is not just a job for Jade; it’s her calling. After 12 years of Athletics (200m & 4x100m), she ventured into powerlifting whilst studying Sport & Exercise Science at university. This is where she adopted the traditional Olympic (pre 2021) motto “Citius, Altius, Fortius” which translated means “Faster, Higher, Stronger”. Since graduating, she has been focused on finding ways to optimise her own training – whilst being anaemic and battling a B12 deficiency.

Driven by a desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives, Jade embarked on a professional journey that saw her working with athletes of all levels, from budding amateurs to seasoned professionals. Her approach blends the latest scientific insights with a personalised touch, tailoring each training regimen and therapy session to suit the unique needs and aspirations of her clients.

It is therefore of no surprise that her approach goes beyond aesthetics — focusing on holistic well-being, motivation, and sustainable habits. She is an advocate of not only supporting her clients to achieve their goals, but also helping them to sustain it, by turning good habits into lifestyle changes.

Outside the confines of the gym or therapy room, Jade is a firm believer in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, one where individuals feel empowered to push their boundaries. Her infectious enthusiasm and unwavering dedication inspire those around her to strive for excellence, both in their fitness pursuits and in life.
