As a former professional footballer, Rhoys successfully transitioned into nutrition with an MSc in Applied Sports Exercise Nutrition, and has gone on to develop an in depth understanding in menu development, exercise nutrition and dietary strategy.
He has worked within leading football clubs across the UK, educating players and supporting individual needs. He is also experienced in working with corporate companies, providing expert advice on areas such as weight loss, sleep, overall fitness goals and well-being.
Rhoys is passionate about providing professional advice, implementing strategies, measuring outcomes and assuring the absolute safety of practice. He works directly with various stakeholders at all levels and is able to partner seamlessly with chefs, physiotherapists, doctors, and various departments in setting goals, defining requirements and making key recommendations for increases in overall well-being and health.
