Neetha is a London-based Nutritional Therapist and Functional Health Coach. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Portsmouth (in partnership with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition), an MBA, a Bachelor of Business Management and the Level 4 Diet and Lifestyle Educator Award (Cert. ION). Her degree research explored the mechanisms and clinical implications of GLP-1 receptor agonists, and her research poster was selected for presentation at the BANT Annual General Meeting — equipping her with specialist insight into one of the most significant developments in metabolic health and weight management. Combining rigorous clinical training with an integrative coaching methodology, she works at the intersection of personalised nutrition science, metabolic resilience and structured behaviour change, delivering measurable outcomes within an evidence-informed, multidisciplinary framework
Her professional background spans senior roles in international banking, including HSBC in London and Standard Chartered Bank in India, where she worked in high-performance environments managing complex client portfolios. This experience informs her structured, analytical approach and her understanding of the demands faced by globally mobile professionals.
At Lanserhof at The Arts Club, Neetha works collaboratively within the Functional Medicine service to support members in implementing clinician-led care plans. Her focus includes nutrition and lifestyle modulation, sleep optimisation, stress regulation and sustainable habit formation. She supports members in translating clinical recommendations into practical, measurable action aligned with long-term health goals.
Neetha’s approach emphasises clarity, accountability and precision. Through comprehensive lifestyle assessments, she identifies barriers to energy, performance and metabolic balance, guiding members toward sustainable improvement rather than short-term intervention.
Her work supports Lanserhof at The Arts Club’s commitment to prevention, performance and considered medicine, helping members engage proactively in their long-term health journey.
