Christopher Pegden

With over 30 years’ experience in Buildings, Engineering, and Building Maintenance, Christopher has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and all aspects of general and hospital building compliance management.

A Qualified Electrician, H&S in Health Care Management, along with being an AP for Medical Gas, AP ventilation and much more, Christopher has worked in private healthcare, NHS, higher education and with some of the world’s largest blue-chip companies as a Technical Services Manager, and Estates Manager.

We are delighted to have him join Lanserhof at The Arts Club as the Facilities Manager, where his expert technical knowledge, attention to detail, and his ability to turn his experience to any situation is greatly valued and effectively utilised.
