Beatrijs Stokman
Beatrijs Stokman is a highly skilled exercise physiologist with a deep passion for sports and human performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of York, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of the human body and its anatomy and physiology.
Driven by her desire to specialise in physiology, Beatrijs pursued a Master’s in Human and Applied Physiology at King’s College London, graduating with Distinction. During her master’s programme, she focused on environmental physiology and the cardiovascular system. She conducted research on the relationship between heart rate variables and health status in active aging individuals.
Before joining Lanserhof at The Arts Club, Beatrijs worked with elite athletes at the UK Sports Institute, preparing them for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Her diverse background enables her to support clients in achieving a variety of goals, from peak performance to optimising their overall health.
Beatrijs firmly believes that empowering individuals with knowledge about their own physiology is the key to unlocking their full potential, whether they are pursuing health-related goals or athletic excellence.
