As a yoga instructor she has a rich and varied background. Born and raised in India, she has lived and taught Yoga and Intelligent Movement in the US, New Zealand and the UK for over 20 years.
A heart-centred teacher, Anisha integrates her deep knowledge of pranayama, Yoga Nidra, kriyas, Hatha Yin and Iyengar Yoga seamlessly into strong, deep, powerful yet free-flowing sessions. She has mastered the skill of integrating various practises to create the perfect space for each person to recognise their inner wisdom and strength, in what makes every moment of her practise an authentic and genuinely heartfelt experience.
Anisha is also a qualified expert Advanced Face Yoga and Breathwork Specialist. In her words, “My mission is to offer powerful and highly transformative yogic science practises to as many people as possible. We all can live our best life, have a sense of joie de vivre and an open heart as we traverse this precious gift of life.”
An expert on holistic and wellbeing practises, Anisha is also a hypnotherapist and offers uniquely curated hypnotherapy sessions resulting in lasting and profound transformation. Trained with The Marisa Peer School of Hypnotherapy, her approach is a combination of specific breathwork techniques, NSDR(Non Sleep Deep Rest)/Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy. This phenomenal method rewires the neural pathways of the brain, replacing outdated beliefs and negative habits that are causing unwanted issues with new, positive behaviours.
Hypnotherapy is extremely effective in helping overcome issues such the effects of past trauma, sleep problems, weight management, procrastination, anxiety, and depression. It is also very powerful as an aid to boost self-confidence and can create powerful positive impact.
