Information such as your VO2max, work rate and optionally your blood lactate are collected to understand how your body responds to intense exercise. This allows for the creation of a tailor-made cardiovascular exercise plan based on your physiology, to aid in successfully attaining fitness goals.

Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET)
Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET) – is a non-invasive method used to assess the performance of the heart and lungs at rest and during exercise. Information such as your VO2max, heart rate and heart rhythm are collected to understand if the body’s response to exercise is normal or abnormal.
