Modern life places constant pressure on our bodies. Long working hours, stress, disrupted sleep and illness can leave the nervous system in a state of overdrive, as though the accelerator is pressed down with no chance to brake.
At the centre of this lies the autonomic nervous system (ANS), the body’s control centre, responsible for heart rate, breathing, digestion and restorative sleep. When balanced, it maintains harmony; when overwhelmed, it can manifest as fatigue, anxiety, pain, digestive disturbance or poor sleep.
NESA Therapy works to restore this equilibrium. Using gentle, precisely calibrated bioelectrical signals delivered through small electrodes on the wrists and ankles, the therapy stimulates neuroplasticity, the nervous system’s ability to retrain and restore itself. The result is a gradual rebalancing of communication between brain and body, easing the ‘traffic congestion’ within the system.
REBOOT. REBALANCE. RESTORE.
Each session is non-invasive, deeply relaxing, and described by many as meditative. Treatment is carried out over a five-week recovery programme of 10–12 sessions, allowing the repetition needed for meaningful change.
During the session you will be asked to wear soft bands around your wrists and ankles and be seated on a comfortable chair. You will be connected via these bands to the NESA machine and be offered an eye mask and ear plugs. The session will range from 45 mins to 75 mins depending on your bespoke programme. It will be a painless, relaxing treatment.
Throughout your course, we monitor heart rate variability (HRV), the key biomarker of balance, renewal and enduring health.
In a world where stress and burnout are increasingly common, NESA Therapy offers a sophisticated way to help your body reset, restoring clarity, calm and lasting wellbeing.
