Francine has obtained a Master’s degree (MA, Distinction) in Integrative Psychotherapy from Regent’s University and is a fully qualified member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Her approach to therapy is collaborative, practical and personal. Fundamental to her approach is the belief that human beings are naturally resilient and have an incredible capacity for change.
Approaching human behaviour and psychotherapy from a unique perspective, Francine, draws on her background in both law and neuropsychology, with a particular passion for understanding the nuanced intersection between the mind and the body. With a Human Biology degree from Stanford University, Francine’s distinctive outlook allows her to see the client as a whole, understanding the individual in their environment, taking into account their medical and personal history, genetic and generational imprint, as well as their core beliefs, patterns and defences. As a former lawyer, she is a critical thinker who is adept at investigating and tying together themes and patterns to help clients understand how their life experiences have shaped who they are. 
In her private practice and at Lanserhof at the Arts Club, Francine supports clients across a variety of presenting issues; including anxiety and depression, post-natal depression, body image, Trauma/PTSD, attachment and relationship issues, chronic pain, unexplained health issues, auto immune diseases, fertility concerns, stress and health anxiety. 
She is passionate about helping people understand themselves better and to recognise areas where they are “stuck,” identifying old patterns of thought and behaviour that may not be serving them well anymore. By challenging and breaking these old ways of thinking, whilst recognising the established effects stress and unprocessed emotions can have on the body, Francine is a strong advocate that clients can feel empowered to regain control over their mental health, allowing them to optimise both their mental and physical wellbeing.

Team

Professor Barbir graduated in 1980 from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, with his initial training of general medicine and cardiology at St James&#8217; and Richmond Hospital in Dublin.
In 1985 he started a two-year British Heart Foundation research fellowship at Hammersmith Hospital, and subsequently completed three years training in clinical cardiology.
Having worked at Harefield Hospital in clinical research under Professor Sir Magdi Yacoub, in 1993 Proferssor Barbir obtained further training in the department of cardiology where he undertook his current consultant post.
He specialises in coronary artery disease, refractory angina, hypertension, and coronary risk factor detection and management, as well as being clinical lead in lipoprotein apheresis, genetic detection of familial hypercholesterolaemia, management of lipid disorders and cardiac rehabilitation. Professor Barbir also has vast expertise in cardiac catheterisation and CT coronary angiography.

Mr Lorenzo Garagnani is a renowned international expert on diagnosis and treatment of hand and wrist disorders and a pioneer of safer anatomically based techniques for non-surgical hand rejuvenation.
Having qualified in Medicine and Surgery obtaining a master’s degree with Distinction, Mr Garagnani subsequently specialised in Trauma and Orthopaedics in Bologna (Italy) where he trained at the world-renowned Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute. He completed his advanced training in adult and paediatric Hand &#038; Wrist Surgery in the UK.
As a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England he holds the European Diploma in Hand Surgery as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic &#038; Wellness Medicine. In addition, he is co-founder and first Lead surgeon of the OrthoPlastic Hand Unit at Guy’s &#038; St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, where his NHS practice is based. He is also Honorary Reader at the Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine of King’s College London university.
Mr Garagnani’s research focuses on the development and adoption of innovative and minimally invasive techniques for increased safety in surgical and non-surgical hand and wrist treatment, and he has authored numerous peer reviewed publications/articles, regularly speaking at global conferences.
In 2022, he was awarded the Knighthood of the Order of the Star of Italy (OSI) in recognition both of his international surgical career, achievements and the coordination of a volunteers’ task-force during the Covid-19 pandemic.

DR LORENZO GARAGNANI

Professor Noordeen joins Lanserhof at The Arts Club as a Consultant Spine Surgeon.
Having trained in medicine at Balliol College, University of Oxford and then at the Royal National Orthopaedic hospital, Stanmore, where he was awarded the gold medal at the FRCS (Orth.) exams in 1994. Professor Noordeen worked at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore as a consultant for the last 30 years, and founded the Deformity Service at both the Great Ormond Street Hospital and at the Portland Hospital. He currently practices at the Harley Street Hospitals and the HCA group focusing on scoliosis, spinal injury, and trauma.
The joys and tribulations of his years in medicine are now in a book, ‘Letters to a Young Doctor’ which is widely available, giving an insider’s glimpse into the practice of medicine.

As a Fellow of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine, Dr Botchey trained in the prestigious Oxford University Hospitals SEM Programme at the world-renowned Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre.
With over a decade of elite professional sports experience, he has worked with the England National Football Teams, Chelsea and Arsenal as well as in Premiership Rugby, currently consulting for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and the NFL during their London games. His expertise extends to the Ministry of Defence, where he served as a civilian SEM consultant, and to an Advanced Community Musculoskeletal clinic within the NHS.
An expert in musculoskeletal ultrasound, using it as an extension of his examination to achieve the most accurate diagnoses possible, Dr Botchey’s diverse experiences have honed his multidisciplinary approach, enabling him to collaborate seamlessly with physiotherapy, performance, and functional medicine specialists to deliver holistic, personalised care.
Committed to innovative, non-surgical treatment methods, Dr Botchey offers modalities such as shockwave therapy, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), and Arthrosamid injections. He is a strong proponent of regenerative medicine, prioritising surgery avoidance where possible.

Mr Stewart Tucker is a private Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in back and spine conditions.
Having completed his MBBS in 1988 at The Middlesex Hospital, University College London, his FRCS in 1992 at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Mr Tucker eventually obtained his FRCS (Orth) in 1996. Currently, he is a senior spinal surgeon and clinical lead at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust and honorary Consultant spinal surgeon at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
His areas of expertise include scoliosis in adults (conservative and surgical management of scoliosis/kyphosis), degenerative cervical and lumbar disease, spinal trauma and tumours, sciatica, spinal deformity, disc prolapse and complex spinal revision surgery, in particular, surgery of back and spine conditions.

Dr Imbuldeniya joins Lanserhof at The Arts Club as our lead Knee &#038; Hip Specialist. 
He graduated from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London Hospital Medical School in 2001, has been a medical doctor for over 23 years and was appointed as a Consultant Knee &#038; Hip Surgeon by The Chelsea &#038; Westminster NHS Foundation Trust in 2015. He is a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons of England, a member of the British Association of Knee Surgery, the European Sports Knee Surgery Association &#038; The British Hip Society. 
He brings a wealth of specialist knowledge and experience to our clinic treating those with knee &#038; hip issues.
Dr Imbuldeniya, has worked with world renowned surgeons, with his medical and surgical training having taken place in major London teaching hospitals, as well as further specialist Fellowships appointments in Sydney and Barcelona. 
He remains active in his role as a trainer and examiner for new doctors at Imperial College, London and the next generation of UK surgeons.
His goal is to get you back to the activities you enjoy pain-free, using natural, non-invasive or minimally invasive, innovative and cutting-edge medical techniques such as Arthrosamid, PRP, Hyaluronic acid and biological and cell based regenerative therapies. 
If all else fails and surgery needs to be considered, he is an expert in keyhole surgery of the knee including ligament, meniscus and cartilage repair as well as robotic-assisted knee and hip replacement, particularly in the younger, active adult.
Outside of work, Dr Imbuldeniya loves spending time with his young family, distance running, playing football, scuba diving and following his beloved Brentford FC.

Dr Scarlett Lewitschnig, is a nuclear medicine consultant and GP specialist in thyroid disorders, functional medicine and aesthetics, with a private practice in Klagenfurt, Austria. 
Having obtained her primary medical degree from the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz, Austria in 2001, followed by three years of GP training, Dr Lewitschnig continued her education and obtained international experience in Australia. It was here that she joined the physician training program and become a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, specialising in nuclear medicine. 
During her final year, she attended at Guys and St. Thomas’ in London, working at the PET centre, as well as in acute medicine outside of London and general nuclear medicine. She then moved back to Austria, initially working in the nuclear medicine department of her local hospital, and a holistic health care centre. 
Dr Lewitschnig’s vast experience, ultimately pathed the way for her to start her own private practice, giving her the opportunity to tailor conventional medical and holistic treatments specifically to the needs of her patients. 
Frustrated by some of the baseless claims of the cosmetic industry, over the years she has also obtained knowledge in skin care, effective skin care ingredients and aesthetics. 
Her approach to medicine is to integrate holistic and conventional medicine whilst also incorporating nutrition, supplements, mesotherapy and infusions. An individual and holistic approach to the patients’ concerns is at the heart of her practice.

Having trained at the University of Oxford and King’s College London, Dr Amasanti also holds a Diploma in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine with The Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine, as well as being a member of the British Society of Ecological Medicine and the General Naturopathic Council .
As a General Practitioner and Holistic physician her expertise is not limited to one organ or system. Through taking an integrative approach to health, she ensures that all aspects of wellbeing are addressed exploring the root cause of symptoms and illness, followed with personalised treatment plans for each individual patient. Her treatment protocol gives bespoke self-care, nutritional, supplementary and lifestyle recommendations for the restoration and promotion of health and wellbeing.
Here at Lanserhof at the Arts Club, Dr Amasanti can support on areas such as Gut Health, Chornic Fatigue, Women’s Health, Hormonal issues, Diabetes, Headaches, Thyroid problems, Depression &#038; Anxiety as well as persistent unexplained medical problems.

A heart-centred teacher, Anisha integrates her deep knowledge of pranayama, Yoga Nidra, kriyas, Hatha Yin and Iyengar Yoga seamlessly into strong, deep, powerful yet free-flowing sessions. She has mastered the skill of integrating various practises to create the perfect space for each person to recognise their inner wisdom and strength, in what makes every moment of her practise an authentic and genuinely heartfelt experience.
Anisha is also a qualified expert Advanced Face Yoga and Breathwork Specialist. In her words, “My mission is to offer powerful and highly transformative yogic science practises to as many people as possible.
