27th January – New Year Energy Reset Workshop – 10am – 1pm at The Studio at Lanserhof at The Arts Club

Meet Anisha Badri, our Holistic Lifestyle & Breathwork Specialist and experience some of her fundamental practices to help rejuvenate and refocus your New Year intentions. In preparation of expressing your objectives for the year, this powerful session will incorporate breathwork, kriya and asanas (yoga postures) followed by yogic sleep meditation and visualisations, laying the ground work for insightful recognition and journaling of your inner desires and objectives.

In our first transformation workshop of the series, explore the paradox of aging, the power of thoughts and emotional management on the physical body.
