Dr Grover qualified in Medicine from University College London. During her thirty years in the profession she gained diplomas in Child Health, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Dermatology and Nutrition. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of GPs and remains an NHS GP in North London where she has worked for over 20 years. More recently she has become a Certified Practitioner with both the US Institute of Functional Medicine and the Austrian Society of Mayr doctors. Dr Grover lectures in Culinary Medicine at UCL medical school. She practises at Lanserhof at the Arts Club working with patients to improve their health, energy and weight by identifying genetic predispositions and alterations to the gut microbiome and targeting them through nutrition and lifestyle. She is passionate about empowering patients to regain control of their health.
