SLEEP OPTIMISATION WORKSHOP

18th May, 10am – 12pm at The Studio

Start your weekend with our immersive workshop, including an informal discussion on the importance of gut health on sleep, followed by a soothing sound bath.
Join Nutritionist Raoul Rechnitz of ‘Picture of Health’ who will be examining Serotonin (an important neurotransmitter and hormone in our body that helps regulate our mood and sleep) as well as the relationship between gut health and its connection to the vagus nerve, which can be toned and worked on with the aid of meditative practices.
To fully comprehend this concept, a sensory meditation and sound bath led by Joseph Evling-Taylor of ‘Urmi Sound’ will be provided, encompassing techniques to aid relaxation and mindfulness.

Expect an evening merging in-depth explanation, activation meditation and guidance to open your energy centres and meet your Inner Child, opening yourself up to a deep healing, unleashing the blocked emotional and behaviour patterns that have been weighing on you unconsciously.
As you become aware of your dormant consciousness and deep-rooted feelings, you open yourself to a higher consciousness and to the better version of yourself, relinquishing many energies of anxiety and sadness through the dismantling of self-limiting habits.
