Helen Wiliford

Helen graduated from Emory University in the US with a degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy. During her time in the States, she worked alongside professional athletes and a wide range of patients with MSK conditions.

A qualified Pilates trainer and certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Helen moved to London and joined Lanserhof at The Arts Club to further her career in physiotherapy.
