STEFANIE AZUGA

Please join us in offering a warm welcome to Stefanie Azuga, our newly appointed Clinic Manager.  Stefanie is inspired by the impact that constant innovation and change has on the patient experience, and is always avidly working on finding services that provide quality improvements.

With this in mind, her key priorities in the coming months as she settles into her role, are to understand and review all of the existing systems, workflows and processes within the medical team to advance our processing. As the Registered Manager she will also be focusing on quality audits and regulatory compliance, which will further form part of a continuous quality improvement plan.

With different managerial roles and leading large workforces across multiple sites, she has worked in busy operations with a strong emphasise on the customer service experience and with a proven track record of leading high-demand operations towards high standards.

Born in Germany and living in the UK for the past 20 years, Stefanie brings over 10 years of experience working in the luxury hospitality industry, and has worked in the independent healthcare sector for more than 12 years.  In her spare time, fitness and well-being play a huge role in Stefanie’s life and she is a keen Triathlete and outdoor swimmer. She has also just completed the London Landmark Half Marathon in April, and is part of her local Triathlon Club where she volunteers and supports as the adult and children’s’ swimming coach. It is therefore of no consequence that Lanserhof at The Arts Club called to her, and we are delighted to have her on board.
