MONA SAHLABADI

Mona brings an integrative approach of engagement to the team at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, liaising internally between different departments to communicate and enhance the membership offerings and members’ experience. Whilst also looking the overall Lanserhof at The Arts Club message and its presence through external sources such as press and media representation.

Overseeing the Membership Department, she is a key point of contact for our members in all aspects of our community and the coming months will see her working closely with our directors on the brand, the website development, press enquiries, coordinating various events and promotion of programmes, practitioners and therapists, with the aim being to further the benefits of membership

At a personal level, Mona has always had an intrinsic interest in people and well-being. Her holistic approach to wellness encompasses the mind, body and soul, and with her love of creative expression through the various mediums of art, this has brought her full circle into her new role.

Having started her academic studies in medicine and transferred to psychology, she then spent 10+ years in the field of television and film production, followed by a diverse industry experience in the luxury sectors of hotel, spa, private club membership and retail.

A natural communicator offering a creative, unique, and authentic approach to engaging with guests, members and colleagues. She is an avid yoga practitioner, walker/hiker with a passion for travel and experiencing cultural diversity. Mona is very much looking forward to hearing from you and meeting you in person and alongside the rest of our senior management team she welcomes you all to our May Celebrations.
