Sydney brings a wealth of experience to Lanserhof at The Arts Club – as the previous therapist at Hampstead Rugby Club, Sydney’s work has led to many other sporting events such as marathons, Ironman and military challenges. Sydney’s approach to massage incorporates elements of her South Asian heritage, integrating mind, body and soul to balance energy. Sydney specialises in bespoke massages and offers deep tissue massage, sports massage, injury rehabilitation, trigger pointing and myofascial release.
