Slow down and learn to be in the present moment with Jordan Mae Antoinette. A former dancer, and one of our resident yogis at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, has taught yoga all over the world. Jordan completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training in Thailand, and began teaching private one to one and public group classes in Thailand, Vietnam, Canada and Costa Rica. Originally from Canada, Jordan moved to London in 2018 and has been teaching full time here since. Known for her infectious personality, Jordan has developed a creative and energetic style to her teaching. Her yoga flows are influenced by positive mantras and chakras and music is a big part of her practice and classes.
