Personal experience in competitive long distance running and triathlons, including self-rehabilitation of injuries, Samson follows a passion for callisthenics, and maximising movement and mobility. Fully qualified Personal Trainer and Level 4 Strength & Conditioning coach, Samson also specialises in pre and post-natal exercise, advanced weight training, boxing, weight loss and endurance training. He believes bespoke individualised exercise should be fun but disciplined and always favours progression, over perfection.
