With all the noise surrounding anxiety and burn out, we talk to Charis Cooper in today’s episode on how best we can deal with it. Charis has worked with Lanserhof at The Arts Club since we opened 3 years ago, and uses her experience both as a personal trainer and a yoga teacher to encourage individuals to become healthier, happier and stronger. Charis specialises in a creative and playful style of Alignment-Based Vinyasa flow. Her classes are focused on becoming more present with the breath and the body, whilst exploring postures to open up the body and build strength. She often draws on her training in both yoga and PT, as well as her vast knowledge of the health and wellness industry to achieve the most effective results.
