September 27, 2022 Resilience and Overcoming Adversity, with Stef Reid

Adversity strikes all of us, whether challenges in the workplace, in our relationships or with our physical and mental wellbeing. How we choose to respond can differ greatly and in this episode, we explore how to manage adversity and embrace it with our very special guest, Stef Reid. As a three time Paralympic medallist, a five time world record holder and a World champion track and field athlete, Stef’s achievements are astonishing.

Awarded an MBE in 2018 for services to Paralympic sport, Stef is also a qualified biochemist, actor, broadcaster, Ted talk speaker, business coach, catwalk model, finalist of Celebrity MasterChef…she also skated beautifully on ITV’s Dancing on Ice, using a modified leg as a skating blade. Stef is constantly challenging herself, and having retired earlier this year, we are honoured she is sharing her powerful and inspiring story with us.
